GoPro Hero

I am guessing that in the future most media will be 3D and I doubt glasses will be required.  Watching 3D on a badass TV or at the cinema is pretty awesome but what is more awesome is watching your own 3D video and photos.  You don't hear much about 3D photos but by capturing our photos in 3D now I bet we will be viewing them in twenty years on some amazing 3D equipment and very happy we were ahead of the times.  Unless Jesus and Joseph Smith descend from heaven on a golden pterodactyl in the next few years, then it won't matter at all.  Whats better than baby pictures?  3D baby pictures.  Just imagine when you are so old that you have a tough time getting out of the house or you are bed ridden, you could be watching 3D video and looking at 3D photos of every cool thing you ever did in your life.  I think our TVs of the future will be more like one wall of the house or something like that, so it really would feel like looking through a window to the past.  Now add an underwater housing for us dive bums and ta da, magic. GoPro came up with the idea to put two of their bad ass little helmet cams into an underwater housing and created the hard/software to turn two cameras into one 3D camera. Genius.  I am sure the 3D cameras that are coming are going to be really expensive but this set up is totally affordable.  Its not just for underwater, this setup is an all around 3D machine.   Thanks GoPro, you guys are awesome.  www.gopro.com
